养胃食谱

1、党参黄芪炖鸡汤:主料:母鸡1只,党参50克,黄芪50克 辅料:红枣10克,姜片 调料:料酒,精盐,味精

(1)母鸡洗净,红枣去核洗净,再把党参、黄芪用清水洗净,切成一段一段.

(2)将鸡放入炖盅内,加适量水,放入党参、黄芪、红枣、料酒、精盐、味精、姜片,放入笼内蒸至鸡肉熟烂入味,取出即成.

2、滋补老鸭汤:主料:土鸭1只、冬瓜、萝卜、海带适量 辅料:枸杞、葱白、姜片 调料:盐、胡椒粉、黄酒、味精

(1)将鸭宰杀治净,切块,姜切片备用.

(2)下猪油大火炒5分钟至金黄色,香气扑鼻时,加料酒.

(3)加入所有材料和清水到砂罐,用小火清炖3小时,加味精即成.
